Signup for the Louie’s Kids Race Club for our family community workouts, all in preparation for the Reindeer Run 5K in downtown Charleston on Saturday, December 8th at 9:00am.
The Race Club workouts take place at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park, starting Monday, October 8th at 6:30pm. The workouts will continue for 8 weeks, every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. The race club sessions are geared towards families, but individuals are welcome to signup for workouts and to mentor our family workout participants.
The Race Club fee is $50 for a family up to four members, and $10 for each additional member. Individuals can join for $20. Please complete the release form and review the race guidelines as outlined from a previous race prep.
Signing up for the 8-week program includes:
-Nutrition and Health Education
-Behavioral Coaching with a licensed counselor
-Race Club t-shirt
-Assistance Reindeer Run Entry Form
So come join us every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park
